What is crossfit?
A training method for optimal physical fitness with a twist. Imagine an energetic group workout that is everything - Olympic swings, cardiopulmonary endurance, explosive movements, strength and there is no training that is similar to the previous one - and everything is part of a professional program that will build you physical fitness that will prepare you for all life's challenges. CrossFit is designed for anyone who wants to sweat and smile at the same time, anyone who wants to be part of a community of people who don't give up and push each other even outside of training, anyone who understands that physical fitness is the equivalent of a pension when it comes to quality of life and longevity and all under a strict plan with goals Defined and accompanied by professional trainers who know how to match each and every one to his/her level.
Our Training
In addition to the daily workout that is the core of the training program, you can choose from a wide variety of other workouts - whether you want to gain muscle mass, get in shape, work on your core muscles, learn to walk on your hands, do push-ups or breathe and stretch. We have training for every need.

An hour for body and soul,
Deep breaths, flexibility, lengthening and peace

Squats, deadlifts, push-ups and push-ups - an hour of resistance work and a lot of weight

From Muscle Ups to walking on your hands - an hour of pure physical strength

Crossfit Green Beach fitness training for children and youth. Adapted to children and youth from the age of 5 to 15 and focusing on the development of motor skills and physical fitness alongside the acquisition of healthy habits and discipline that also compliments other areas of the child's/teenager's life.

Our appointments
Cancellations: All types of subscriptions can be canceled with 30 days notice
Freezes: You can freeze a subscription for a period of 14-30 days each calendar year
Unlimited subscription: grants pre- registration for one daily workout.
Registration for additional training will be possible about 12 hours before the training.
