Our fitness programs are designed for kids and teens ages 5 to 15, focusing on developing motor skills, physical fitness, and healthy habits.
Through fun, structured workouts, we help build discipline and confidence that positively impact all areas of life — both in and out of the gym.

Find The Plan That Fits You
Cancellations:
All membership types can be canceled with a 30-day advance notice.
Freezes:
Memberships can be frozen once per calendar year for a period of 14 to 30 days.
Unlimited Membership:
Includes advance booking for one class per day.
Booking a second class is allowed up to 12 hours before the class starts.
Monthly auto-renewal | Prices may vary over time
